detergent. It is applied to the carpet first, then agitated with gentle
scrubbing device. This loosens the soil and puts it in suspension.
The carpet is then rinsed with a neutralizing rinse solution using an
extraction wand and 200 degree water. Several dry passes are
made, then the pile is set to remove any wand marks for drying. For
